Christoph Moring....
I finally found out the photographer behind my favourite images. ( I didn' t know it was possible to do an only image search into google ) His name is .....

I hadn't realised he was an actual artist / photogrpaher so couldn't have been able to use hs images regardless of pixell quality
red room turned blue
I keep returning to this red room....the structure, the shape and grandeur of it is exactly what I am looking for in all these unsuccessful books. I changed the colours into exactly what I had in my mind, only to find that there was no way of making this image good enough quality for a projector as it as off the net and I couldn't find an original anywhere. Also on hyde sight, the room is too large for the palate performers . there would be too much rod space and not enough detail on the modes. the feel and mood of this last image is right on path to what I am trying to find.
the foyer
I attempted to make these obviously dated interiors into slightly less like a 90's video clip and giant cell phones, but the peach and grey green make these associations almost unavoidable. how ever I do like aspects of each of these spaces, the tall lamps in the last image and the tiled structures of the top foyer
80's architecture
I spent another 5 hours in the vic architecture school library tonight, flicking through every book, one at a time , slowly making my way through the isles. I quickly realised finding an images had a short self life, as after an hour of leafing through countless pages, I had no filter as to what was good and what was bad. I'd come home with a small selection of the hundreds I'd looked at and couldn't believe they were the ones I had narrowed down to making the selection. All of these above images look far too 80s and post modern, instantly locating the palates into a parody of fitness videos , sweatbands and leotards.
parlament
I like the shape of this room if it weren't for the reflective lights on all the surfaces. I wanted to see how difficult it would be to create my own photoshopped version of a room and getting rid of the floor, far more hard than I initially thought. The room in itself isn't close enough to what I want to spend the amount of time it needs to be convincing
testing perspective on green screen
testing the green screen perspectives as it is prone to give the illusion of shortened legs and body - an effect I defiantly do not want in my elongated palates routine . these boys were filming their project in the neighbouring white screen while I was testing the green and offered to help
